Josh Horton

Josh comes to the Total Basement Finishing of Western NY company with various experience in the hospitality and business consulting industries; He previously worked as the Director of Franchising for a large hospitality company, as well as owned a consulting business for 5 years that helped small business owners develop and implement growth strategies. Josh also has received a professional certification in Project Management.

Josh strives to help customers obtain the basement of their dreams; He likes helping clients envision their goals and aid them in achieving them. Josh specifically likes to focus on optimizing customer projects to ensure a prompt and seamless installation process. He also likes to focus on creating efficient lines of communication with customers and the production teams throughout the company to ensure everyone remains updated and on the same page throughout the production process.

Some of the activities Josh enjoys outside of the company include spending time with his wife and kids, hiking, camping preferably by a lake, traveling, and checking out new coffee roasteries.
