Michele and Glen of Lewiston, NY are very home improvement savy! One thing they knew they couldn’t do themselves was installing an egress window. To ensure that it was up to New York State code, it had to be installed by a professional. Michele and Glen’s grandchildren loved coming over and playing in the basement, but it wasn’t safe for them. That’s when they called us.

Solution

We were the first result of their Google Search for egress window installers so they called us right away! Our Design Specialist, Michael, walked them through the steps needed for the installation. Now their egress window is installed, their grandchildren can safely play in the basement when they visit!
