Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling), understand their goals, and help them design a finished basement they’ll love. All appointments are preset by our internal team — your job is to show up, present, and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Run 3–5 pre-scheduled appointments per week — no prospecting required
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' basements to determine specific needs
• Present and sell custom design solutions using our proprietary system and tools
• Use structured, proven presentations to guide customers through options
• Build relationships and trust with homeowners throughout the sales process
• Maintain follow-up communication and offer outstanding service
• Train and participate in team meetings to continually sharpen your skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home residential sales experience required
• Strong ability to relate to customers and be relatable
• Comfortable using a structured presentation process
• Tech-savvy – must be comfortable using a laptop or tablet in the field
• Ability to visualize and design living spaces using our system
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to train and engage in ongoing improvement
• Based in WNY – no overnight travel required
• 1099 and W2 positions available
• Some experience in Construction

What We Offer

• Earning potential of $75,000 to $200,000+ depending on performance

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission-based
