Project Coordinator

Total Basement Finishing of Western New York is on the hunt for a skilled Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our dedicated, specialty residential basement finishing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bolstering the efficiency and effectiveness of our Operations Manager and six dynamic crews. What you will do:

· Produce Simple CAD drawings for projects and assist with pulling necessary permits

· Perform site visits to check on jobs and progress and deliver materials

· Manage multiple, basement finishing projects

· Meet with customers to verify contract details and set expectations

· Ensure customers have a remarkable experience

· Support Warehouse Manager, as needed

· Strong background in managing inventory, specifically tailored to the logistical needs of job site materials

· Lead and manage the company’s crew leaders and sub-contractors

What you will need to:

· Valid driver’s license

· Excellent customer service skills

· Exceptional communication skills

· Ability to make schedules and keep deadlines

· Ability to operate equipment and power tools

· Ability to use a personal computer and general knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· Knowledge of residential construction and related trades

· Ability to make schedules and meet deadlines
