About Us:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Residential Plumber Subcontractor to support the team. This position involves managing the plumbing needs for 2-3 basement projects per month. If you're an experienced plumber with a focus on residential remodeling, we want to talk with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Rough-in and finish plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, drains, and fixtures for bathrooms, basements.
• Work closely with design and construction teams to ensure plumbing systems meet project requirements and are installed correctly.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all plumbing work adheres to local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide effective plumbing solutions as needed.
• Provide plumbing permits for projects.

Qualifications:

• Residential Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Experience with plumbing in residential remodeling.
• Proven ability to rough-in and finish 2-3 basements per month.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as a subcontractor.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and safely use tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Appropriate insurances.
