Dan Daumen brings a unique, design-first approach to his role as a Design Specialist at Total Basement Finishing of WNY. With a background rooted in renovation, customer experience, and home improvement, Dan focuses on helping homeowners reimagine their underused spaces through education, trust, and thoughtful design solutions tailored to each client’s lifestyle and goals.

Dan’s professional journey includes earning Class A PGA status and leading guest services at Walt Disney World’s golf operations, where he learned the importance of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional experiences. As a licensed real estate agent in New York, he’s helped clients understand how renovations, like finished basements and egress solutions, can add both functionality and value to their homes.

He’s also successfully managed a range of residential renovation projects, from full basement transformations to code-compliant egress installations. At TBF of WNY, Dan is committed to being a reliable guide through the renovation process, ensuring each homeowner feels confident, informed, and excited about their investment.

Outside of work, Dan is always on the move—whether it's golfing, hiking in the woods, hitting the slopes, or soaking up the energy at a music festival. A natural DIYer, he enjoys helping friends and family bring their own projects to life.
