A customer called and had a somewhat finished basement but wanted it updated, Our team went in and worked hard, as they always do, to transform this space. The bathroom needed to be demolished and redone, and two new egress windows were installed. This customer went from having a dated carpeted basement to a sleek modern space with beautiful mahogany flooring. 

A pair of homeowners in Depew, NY approached TBF of WNY with a unique desire to finish their basement in stages. They wanted to finish half of the basement, including the bathroom, then wait a year or two and finish the other half of their basement to create a home office and a new family space.  We worked up a design for both halves of the basement that the homeowners loved and wanted to work forward with.

After the homeowners had a foundation crack repaired, TBF of WNY was able to start the refinishing work that the homeowners were anticipating. We installed a new shower in their basement bathroom. Our EverLast Wall Systems created a new, seperated space for the homeowers to enjoy. The painted ceiling and recessed lights added the illusion of the basement being taller. And our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring is a durable and easy to clean investment that will serve the homeowners and their family for a long time.

We are eagerly anticpating being able to complete the second half of their basement for these homeowners, and we hope that they love the work that we have done in the mean time.

These homeowners in Clarence, NY came to Total Basement Finishing of WNY with a special project. They had previously finished their basement, but there had been a flood in the basement which after cleaning up they found that they wanted new flooring and baseboards; but also that they wanted to take the oppertunity to expand their basement bathroom to make it more spacious and to add a shower area in it. They really loved their basement and wanted to have Total Basement Finishing of WNY help them make it even better. 

The basement bathroom was stripped down to the studs, epanded backwards into a storage area, then had new plumbing and electrical run so the space could safely accomidate the new shower. The results are stunning!

Chris and Gretchen out of Amherst, NY have been planning to have a fully remodeled basement for a while now. They simply wanted a comfortable living area and another bathroom in their basement. Before, they hardly ever used their basement besides for storage and laundry. Because this project was planned after May 2020, New York State mandated that an Egress Window be installed. This is a great New York State building code though, because it helps keep anyone in the basement safe in case of an emergency.
