Total Basement Finishing of Western NY Before & After Photos

What's better than a good workout at the gym...well, a good workout at home of course! Our customers updated their existing fitness area so they could feel even better about themselves and their home gym!

This family came to us with their unfinished basement interested in a total finishing. We were able to assist them with stylish wall paneling, sleek vinyl finish flooring, and a sharp black painted ceiling.

In June 2020 a couple in Kenmore, NY called TBF of WNY as they wanted to create a comfortable living space in their basement. It had become a catch-all space for everything from a drum kit to a spare bed, and they really wanted to make a comfortable living room area that they could enjoy.  Their basement had a lot of potential as it already had a bathroom installed, and there was plenty of space to separate a utility room, a laundry area, the bathroom, and a living room area.  

Our EverLast Wall Panels created new, separate rooms in the basement space and let the couple have the dedicated living room area that they really wanted. Our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring was installed to create a bright and easy to clean floor that is extraodinary compared to a cement floor. The ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring is designed to slightly insulate the basement floor, and is moisture resistant which is perfect for a basement setting. The couple also chose to have a SaniDry XP Air System installed, which will not only dehumidify their basement, it will also create a better air quality for the entire home.

Their basement is now a fantastic living space instead of a cluttered catchall. We hope that the couple will be able to enjoy their basement for many years to come!

Our customers Kristin and Sean wanted to expand their basement space into a much larger and USABLE area. Our Design Specialist suggested creating a smaller office area underneath the staircase. This would use every square foot wisely while giving our customers everything they asked for!
