I chose Total Basement Finishing because they are able to do all aspects of the basement, they could do it quickly, and the materials that they use for flooring and wall board are better than anywhere else I found.  The final project looked great, and the Coordinator offered suggestions to streamline the job which I really appriciated. The sales guy did a good job spending time to go over the whole product line which really helped me choose here. And the installation crew were knowledgable.  Total Basement wored within our timetable as we had to delay the project due to our water damage. Their crew was always timely and dependable and worked to our schedule.

We needed to add extra space to our home. We decided to add a bedroom, bathroom and family room. We chose First Buffalo Total Basement Finishing because their products were the only mold resistant products we found on the market. Our crew was great and paid great attention to detail. We love the way the basement looks now! Our basement flooded during a storm after our basement was finished. Because the products were designed for basements, we had no problem with clean up & no mold concerns. We are so happy that we chose First Buffalo for our basement!

The personnel I dealt with were personable and knowledgeable. The work supervisor reevaluated my dehumidifying/air filtration needs and adjusted the plan so that the integrity of my, "recreation room," walls was not compromised. The installers worked steadily and left a very clean space. I was completely satisfied with the flooring, trim and air quality work done.

From the time that we met Mike Werbowski at the home show (2016 Buffalo Home Show), 'til having John, our Design Specialist, display our basement to prospective customers, we are more than satisfied. The two man crew were on time for a period of nine days; very professional and always cleaned up their work area before leaving. I am impressed with how highly rated Total Basement Finishing of Western New York is, and would recommend their services.  The workmanship and materials used were exceptional.  The installation crew was exceptional in his quality of performance. The coordinator Steve was helpful and had a lot of ideas to improve the project. The electricians did excellent work and explained thoroughally all the features they installed and wired. Everyone made sure they cleaned up after each day with eliminated tracking dirt in the house. I am very satisfied.

We found Total Basement Finishing through a radio ad, and were impressed with them right away. The salesman took as much time as we needed to determine the scope of our project. He was very helpful to our decision making. And the installer was fantastic. His attention to detail is amazing. He did a beautiful job and we are so impressed with him and his craftsmanship. We chose TBF to do work for us because we needed a basement renovation and TBF specializes in basements. We found the salesman very knowledgeable, and the installation crew was made up of very talented and friendly guys. The cleanup at the end of the day was great, the mess was always cleaned up.  We had a few hiccups along the way, but everyone from TBF worked together to make it right.

Everything that TBF did was flawless from start to finish. They worked even quicker than we were originally quoted, and though there were some surprises that needed adjustments to the new design of the basement these were totally explained so I was comfortable with them.
