We chose TBF to do work for us because we needed a basement renovation and TBF specializes in basements. We found the salesman very knowledgeable, and the installation crew was made up of very talented and friendly guys. The cleanup at the end of the day was great, the mess was always cleaned up.  We had a few hiccups along the way, but everyone from TBF worked together to make it right.

I chose Total Basement Finishing of WNY based on their non-organic materials. Pricing was essentially the same as the competitors, but the materials were attractive in that they would not develop mold or must.

Todd, the Design Specialist that we met with, was a pleasure to work with. I really like the products that he showed and he sold us on. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the overall communication and information about our project. Daryl and his son Michael did our installation and they were excellent workers. They were very prompt, rarely took breaks and quietly, effiently worked hard every day.

The two man crew were on time for a period of nine days; very professional and always cleaned up their work area before leaving. I am impressed with how highly rated Total Basement Finishing of Western New York is, and would recommend their services.  The workmanship and materials used were exceptional.  The installation crew was exceptional in his quality of performance. The coordinator Steve was helpful and had a lot of ideas to improve the project. The electricians did excellent work and explained thoroughally all the features they installed and wired. Everyone made sure they cleaned up after each day with eliminated tracking dirt in the house. I am very satisfied.

We found Total Basement Finishing through a radio ad, and were impressed with them right away. The salesman took as much time as we needed to determine the scope of our project. He was very helpful to our decision making. And the installer was fantastic. His attention to detail is amazing. He did a beautiful job and we are so impressed with him and his craftsmanship. He was always very respectful of our home and of his workspace. Our basement is beautiful and we will enjoy it for years to come.

We had many different estimates, and TBF wasn't the cheapest. But the overall friendliness, and knowledge of your sales rep made it an easy decision to go with them. Financing helped too! Honestly the best part was the installation crew, they were awesome! They were very polite and clean. They leared my children's names and addressed them every time they saw them. It was great and they were terrific.

We wanted to have some waterproofing done in our basement. We met with Todd, the Design Consultant, and he really sold us on having this work done through TBF of WNY.   We were very impressed with the Project Coordinator, Mitch. He really made the project better for us. He came in, and helped with the work that the crew was doing and really supervised the process.
